Warranty and Return Policy

Bike USA Inc - Your One-Stop Shop for Bikes

1. Warranty Coverage:

Bike USA Inc stands behind the quality  of our products. All Bike USA Inc products are covered by a limited  warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for a  period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects  in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from accidents or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance
  • Any non-manufacturing defects or issues

3. Warranty Claim Process:

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at customerservice@bikeusainc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.
  • Our customer service team will assess the information provided and guide you through the warranty claim process.
  • If the claim is approved, you may be required to return the product, and we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.

4. Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with  your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return  your product for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of  purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility  of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an  error on our part.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@bikeusainc.com for further instructions.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed,  and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of  payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact  us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it  cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow the return process  outlined above.
