Customers who wish to order internationally must call or e-mail to receive a quote on shipping. Those ordering from foreign countries are responsible for customs fees, import duty, taxes, etc.

Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days of original order. All parts must be mailed back, preferably in original box. Customer must pay return shipping, if item is not defective or missing parts, the item is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If customer is missing any parts a BIKE USA, Inc representative can either order available parts or suggest you visit a local hardware store. Please call customer service before returning products before undertaking unnecessary expenses. Please contact FedEx for any damaged items upon delivery.
